We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing international marketing team who are looking to looking to propel their career, by leveraging the platform, scale and track record Phaidon International provides.

Your purpose

As a Marketing Executive you will inspire new and existing customers, creating communities and building brand awareness of Phaidon International and our 6 specialist brands. You will lead our events, deliver engaging content through email, social media, and webinars. Empowered to create meaningful engagement with our existing customers, you will support the overall team ambition to always be the first choice provider in talent.

What we would like to see from applicants

  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or similar is desirable but not essential
  • Experience creating and sending email campaigns
  • Experience managing social media campaigns specifically LinkedIn
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with examples to show previous work
  • Experience with event planning (speaker coordination, ordering and shipping various marketing collateral needed)
  • Proficient in Abode suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Energetic, driven and the ability to execute campaigns with speed and efficiency
