Marketing Executive | Demand Gen | Disruptive Cyber Start-up

Our client in the Bay Area is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to build out the Demand Generation function from from the ground up!  The Marketing Executive will be tasked with working strategically to generate high quality leads for their rapidly-growing sales organization. With this opportunity, the Marketing Executive will be a significant and impactful contributor from day one in helping scale-up quickly to meet aggressive revenue targets while managing the Marketing function including Design, Content, Solutions, Product, and Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing to define the Demand Generation strategy
  • Define, plan and execute integrated inbound and outbound demand generation programs to meet lead and opportunity targets in support of creating net-new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Define and implement processes related to lead flow, conversion, attribution and cost tracking
  • Introduce Account-Based Marketing in 2018
  • Define the org design and hiring plan to ensure demand generation goals are met
  • Serve as functional lead and individual contributor while scaling the demand generation team 
  • Define KPIs and develop dashboards such that we are able to monitor our progress
  • Take charge of our demand generation budget and demonstrate an excellent ROI
  • A proven track record of building demand generation function from "the ground up"
  • 7+ years' prior experience in demand generation in Fortune500 market with an enterprise product
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive lead targets for a scaling startup
  • Prior experience in implementing Account-Based Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and other demand generation tools
  • Experience in the cybersecurity space
  • Highly analytical thinker
  • Data-driven, good with numbers
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to work in a highly unstructured and fast-paced environment
