Our Client is a really exciting Biotech company currently looking for an experienced MSL to join their ever-growing team within the Cardiology Space. The successful candidate will take on a cross-functional role and act as a liaison to the medical/scientific community and will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders. They will also take on an advisory function and will be the main point of contact within the Region.  

               
RESPONSIBILITIES:


• The MSL will ensure the appropriate dissemination of clinical and scientific information regarding marketed and pipeline compounds in a timely, ethical and customer-focused manner. 


• The MSL will implement medical strategies in collaboration with other colleagues for designated customers that include potential clinical trial site identification and support as well as a review of investigator-initiated research protocols. 


• The position will be home based and requires approximately 60% travel. 


CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Advanced Scientific degree, PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Postdoctoral experience, or equivalent, in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) or other healthcare environment to provide strategic and scientific/medical direction to national/regional business unit functions.
  • Interest in Cardiology is necessary. 
  • Previous experience in an MSL Field Medical based position is essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively. 
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills 
  • Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
