National Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (North-East)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus

We are partnered with a fast-growing dental equipment company on an urgent need for a National Business Development Manager covering the North East. This is a growth hire due to recent funding and expansion plans. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the National Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the North American Dental market. This position will be worked remotely and you will be working to expand the distribution business as well as develop and manage a DSO (Dental Support Organization) Key Account.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the business from existing network and develop long-term relationships with clients

  • Drive positive engagement through industry events and networking

  • Identify opportunities for new business and implement expansion into DSO's (Dental Support Organizations)

  • Being well versed on all company products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information.

  • Maintaining accurate records for prospects, customer orders, sales records, and other financial activity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the dental industry.

  • Proven track record of Sales/Business Development success.

  • Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales

  • Ability to travel across the U.S.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly.

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
