Phaidon International is looking for Associate Recruitment Consultants with a never give up attitude to join our London office in Bank.

Duties of a Associate Recruitment Consultant:
- Supporting some of the most talented candidates in growing industry sectors to secure roles they can't find themselves
- Consulting with business that range from FTSE 100 companies to start up's
- Working in an inside sales position to achieve set goals and targets
About you:
As a Associate Recruitment Consultant, you do not need to have recruitment experience to apply for this position. What we're looking for is an individual has the following traits:
- Someone who is resilient who will not give up when things are challenging
- An individual who can communicate with high level stakeholders and articulate themselves professionally
