What would you do?

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

- Directs visitors and outside inquiries by maintaining employee and department directories.

- Maintains the professional appearance and overall cleanliness of the office environment.

- Receive and screen incoming phone calls, facsimiles, packages and mail correspondence.

- Manage shared calendars for the meeting as well as manage the individual

calendars of executive leadership.

- Assist with planning and execution of company events and client entertainment; such as researching

venues, contacting vendors, negotiating prices and organizing logistics.

- Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.

What can you bring to the table?

- Bachelor's degree.

- 1-3 years of professional work experience in an office environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer

programs/applications.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with limited supervision.

- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to solve problems before they arise.

- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
