Salary: 80,000 Euros

A global leader in the Medical Device industry is searching for an R&D Manager to join their team in Stuttgart. As an R&D Manager, you will drive growth for the company. You will oversee new product introduction projects from beginning to full commercial launch.

Key responsibilities of the R&D Manager include:

  • You will manage the product development process.

  • You will coach and mentor a group of engineers.

  • You will be the engine for excellence in ideation and design development.

  • You will be will involved in business strategy development.

Key requirements of the R&D Manager include:

  • The ideal candidate should have 4+ year's experience in the production or development side of the Medical Device industry.

  • Demonstrated work compliant with international standards such as ISO 19001, ISO 13485, 60601.

  • English and a minimum of B2 German.

  • University degree in Engineering or Sciences.
