Recruiter - Entry Level - Berlin €30k + Uncapped Commission
Are you looking to enter into a collaborative office environment, with a flat hierarchy where your hard work and accomplishments are celebrated? We are currently looking to hire entry level Recruiters into a number of brands here in Berlin.
We welcome graduates with ANY degree major and an array of experience to join our diverse, international team of Recruiters- German speaking graduates are preferred but other major European languages will be considered.
We strongly believe that our model to bring in competitive, energetic, and highly motivated graduates in at the entry level, and train them from the ground up to be successful Recruiters, has led to our overall growth and success.
The role of a Recruiter is fast-paced and target-driven, and requires a multitude of skills which include building relationships with clients and candidates, understanding what their needs are and ultimately helping our clients with the number one challenge faced by industry- sourcing and securing talent!
As a Recruiter joining us at the entry level you will focus on the generation of new candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations, and learning the full recruitment cycle. You will begin to develop client relationships with existing clients and in time, develop your own new client relationships through business development.
You will receive award-winning training from day one which includes classroom learning and one-on-one mentoring that will be tailored to you. We will support, guide and provide you with the resource to ensure you have the platform to succeed in your role.
What will you do as a Recruiter at Phaidon International:
- As a recruiter, you will build out your own book of business and network with the top professionals in the industry.
- You will partner with hiring managers in client companies in order to understand their needs and consult them as a market specialist.
- As a recruiter, you will source niche, senior-level candidates and see them through the entire hiring process.
