The Responsibilities of this Sales Role:
• Handle the 360 Recruitment Process which works closely with clients and candidates to help them find recruitment and hiring solutions.
• Use sales and business development techniques to maintain and grow our / your client base.
• Network and build relationships with diverse clients that can range from tech start-ups to FSTE 100!
• Recruit top candidates through the use of social media, job boards, advertising, and networking.
• Work closely with, and guide, candidates through the entire recruitment process from interview preparation to follow-up after placement.
