We are looking for a highly energetic & sales driven Associate Consultant/Senior Consultant who will be part of the Selby Jennings team in Singapore. Selby Jennings are proud to be a leading specialist recruiter for banking and financial services. Founded in 2004, we help solve the number one challenge: talent. Today, we provide permanent, contract and multi-hire recruitment solutions specialist sectors including risk management, legal and compliance, investment management, quantitative analytics, financial technology, investment banking, insurance and actuarial, and sales and trading.
Requirements
- Must have a strong passion in the Financial Services Industry
- Handles end to end recruitment process- 360 recruitment cycle
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn fast and continuously
- High Emotional Intelligence & competitive spirit
- Sales & Business Development/direct origination experience is advantageous
- For experienced consultants, at least 1-2 years experience in Financial services field
