Regional Sales (Membrane Filtration) Manager | Water Industry


Top tier leading European Water Tech Firm, with newly created headcounts. My client has recently acquired several companies and their technologies and they are looking to further their market presence in the APAC region.


You will work closely with top management and will be required to secure orders for these Membrane Filtration products. This Water/WasteWater Tech firm has a flexible and great culture. My client operates on a flat hierarchy structure and you will be given autonomy to manage your market penetration plans. Top management is looking to groom a strong candidate as the successor.

Excellent commission scheme.


Responsibilities for the Regional Sales (Membrane Filtration) Manager | Water Industry
  • Is able to provide leadership externally for the given water product(s) or the Industrial/Municipal actively through multiple platforms such as training activities, participations in relevant trade shows and equipment seminars.
  • Is able to make sure that profit margins are fully maximized for the given water product(s) through personal initiatives such as providing opinions and strategies relevant to ensuring a successful order closing at the highest possible margin.
  • From being in contact with EPC firms, distributors, representatives and end users (eg: oil and gas companies, shipyards, power stations), candidate must be able to implement well thought out plans for market share increment of the given water product(s).
  • Through using established sales channels as well as developing new/alternate sales channels, candidate should be able to head out and research on prospective projects and opportunities in the market.
  • Takes the initiative to actively keep in contact with your network of customers, to ensure communication is maintained while establishing sales objectives. These high-tech water products and services are technical and complicated which requires knowledge of these specialized application.
 

Requirements for the Regional Sales (Membrane Filtration) Manager | Water Industry
  • Has a proven track record showing your strong business network and business development experience for the Membrane Filtration products/systems is mandatory
  • Is able to prove and speak about the network and knowledge accumulated for market opportunities (these includes EPC firms, End Users, Clients)
  • Is a proven hunter who is independent and requires minimum hand holding/administrative assistance
  • Skilled in written and spoken English, additional language is an advantage
  • Has strong knowledge and experience in Membrane Filtration product and systems
