Verification and Test Manager  

A national leading company for medical device verification is looking for medical device experts to perform verification and testing throughout the design stage of medical devices. Successful candidates will join a highly successful team of professionals who are employed on a permanent basis, and then perform the work on a project basis for customers. This position will cover a range of process optimization, regulatory, quality, risk, and verification work. You will be responsible for your individual projects, managing your time and effectively communicating your work with customers. You will be required to be on customer sites throughout projects - however, you can be permanently home-based and travel to customer sites throughout the week. Travel and accommodation are financially supported. 

Company Overview

The company is a renowned member of the verification space within medical devices. They perform a specialist range of tasks for their customers including process optimization, verification, validation, regulatory affairs, quality, and testing. The company employs people on a permanent basis and then contracts them out on a project basis. As a result, you will experience a wide and varied project range and you will also experience work with a big range of medical devices. 

Responsibilities:
  • Testing, verification, validation, regulatory and quality process optimization work for medical device manufacturers. 
  • A responsible person for projects throughout the whole of development phases. 
  • Liaise with customer staff to understand and communicate efficient working procedures. 
  • Travel to customer sites and teach customer staff teams on verification matters.

Requirements:
  • Technical background and experience with medical devices.
  • Experience with medical devices process optimization in the form of test engineering, verification, validation, and or regulatory/quality. 
  • Fluent German language, spoken and written
