A market leading niche medical devices company established for over 50 years and continuing to grow organically with more than 30 000 employees in 40 countries we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing market based in Lyon

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Representative will play an integral role in developing current customers and increasing market share for Inter Systems France. The Sales Representative will focus on cultivating the relationships with existing customers at CIO/CTO level and, following an agreed plan, on developing new opportunities on the Private/Public Hospital market, both for our Trak Care Hospital Information System, Health Share and IRIS products
  • Actively marketing new and existing clients by proactive customer contact and selling of all product types to achieve personal/ team target
  • Ensure the necessary communication and training actions for your interlocutors and customers; Act as an expert / consultant on our products
  • Support tender processes by coordinating team effort and follow up in first person all sales and administrative documentation
  • Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business
  • Support French Country Manager in defining and monitoring Sales and Business Plan for his/her responsibility sector in France
  • Launch new products and follow the calls for tender
  • Partnering with Inter Systems internal stakeholders (technical, marketing and business development teams) to develop compelling solutions for current and prospective customers

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable track record managing existing customers and winning new name business
  • Negotiator skills to build strong relationships with audience, HCP's, colleagues, stake holders.
  • The Sales Representative will maintain and increase sustainable sales for own territory, including samples and loan equipment
  • Customer focused and ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external
  • Have passion for Innovation and Devices
