Security Consultant 

A Boston based Independent security consultancy firm are looking to grow their Security team. 

They are an independent security consulting firm providing a range of Security Design, Engineering and Risk Management Services. They provide some of the largest and most successful companies in the world with expert guidance, unbiased advice and support across our specialist areas of activity.

Security Consultant Responsibilities

- Understanding of Corporate Security, physical security, security operations and coordinating security efforts within a corporate environment.
- Managing consulting assignments for key clients and supporting large project team deliverables as directed by management.
- Customer relations, including maintenance of customer satisfaction metrics, responding to customer inquiries, answering phone inquiries, and answering technical end user questions.
- Meeting client budget, quality control, and schedule requirements for assigned projects.
- A motivated self-starter with a focus on consistency. Understand the task at hand and always work with your internal team to better any process for accuracy, efficiency and productivity.
- Track project related issues and work with Project Manager and project team members to follow up on issues and status. Identify barriers to resolving issues and work with Project Manager to develop strategies to overcome barriers; provide follow activities around issues.

Security Consultant Knowledge and Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years in security
- Knowledge physical security, security operations and security technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to independently drive projects through to completion
- Analytical and have good problem-solving skills
- Ability to achieve project goals in a fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities
- Desired Certifications: ASIS, PSP 
- Comfortable talking with new clients about new opportunities and expansion of existing engagements
