Senior Director Market Access needed for one of the largest and most prestigious pharmaceutical companies in the world.

 One of the largest pharmaceutical companies in both market cap and looking for a Senior Director Market Access that will be responsible for creation and implementation of market access strategies and plans for all relevant customer segments. Our client is also one of the most rapidly expanding companies to date and is slowly taking over the pharmaceutical world.


The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, strong leader, and will play a key role in customer-facing activities within the managed markets space. This individual will develop product life-cycle based strategies and tactics to understand the evolution of payer evidence needs and identifies the appropriate NVS capabilities and resources needed to address those needs. This position provides the opportunity for growth, as well as a great degree of independence.


  •  Create a comprehensive launch and in-line resource tactical resource plan and budget.
  •  Ensure the global clinical development program for assigned pipeline agents are optimized to meet the needs of US payers (i.e. relevant endpoints, sub-populations, evidence of cost offsets, etc.
  •  Conduct internal and external research/insights to inform and shape overall market access strategic imperative
  •  Serve as market access strategy lead for key meetings/presentations
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical or Health Care experience
  • 5+  years of Marketing/Commercial experience
  • Strong sense of independence and leadership qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
