Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Chicago, IL

Reports to: Group Marketing Director

We exist to generate awareness of Phaidon International's brands, deliver innovative marketing to clients and candidates, leveraging paid and owned media while maintaining brand consistency and identity.

Our top priority is to help people understand the benefits of Phaidon International, and our 5 recruitment brands, through clear marketing campaigns that give our consumers the best experience. We're looking for people that have a disruptive streak, to join our growing team of marketers across demand generation, B2C marketing, design, communications, and events.


  • Successfully deliver a wide variety of digital marketing and innovation activities in line with the global marketing strategy across the USA region.
  • Develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, using an agile sprint marketing approach, ensuring all activity is tracked, measured and optimized.
  • Plan and manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, to include direct mail, email, online and social marketing, to build awareness, generate new business leads or progress prospects through the funnel.
  • Juggle and drive a range of projects simultaneously.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience and/or at least 1 year of digital marketing experience.
  • BA or BS degree in directly related field of study; such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent software is essential
  • You'll have a strong sense of prioritization, with the ability to manage competing demands and quickly grasp requirements
  • Experience with using analytical software e.g. Google Analytics / Tableau
  • A strong and effective communicator, both verbally and written
  • High energy, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Keen to work creatively and analytically, with a data driven focus
  • Confident working autonomously in a matrix structure, managing multiple stakeholders, influencing senior colleagues and supporting more junior team members.
  • Thrive when faced with change and use initiative and excellent problem solving abilities to overcome challenges
  • Bachelors degree required; ideally with a focus in Marketing
