                Industry leading pharmaceutical company which researches, manufactures, and markets ethical pharmaceuticals. This forward thinking Pharma focuses its research efforts in two main therapeutic areas; Integrative Neuroscience including neurodegenerative disorders, neurology and psychiatric medicine and Integrative Oncology including oncotherapy and supportive-care treatment.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

                As a Neuroscience MSL you will, with a high level of proficiency, develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs as they relate to Neuroscience products. The MSL in this position will provide presentations and enter into strategic discussions as it relates to medical/clinical, health economics and outcomes research data on Neuroscience products, healthcare care professionals, including individual physicians, researchers, managed markets medical and pharmacy directors, hospital decision makers, formulary committees, consultant pharmacists, state Medicaid decision makers, and others. The MSL will assume a leadership role by teaching and mentoring less experienced MSLs and by assuming responsibility for special projects as they arise. The MSL will impact the organization by 1) representing the company in a positive light. 2) Provide key information about the Neurology market to bridge the communication between research team and community. 3) Be a part of a growing MSL team in the Midwest.

Required Experience
  • Advanced Life Sciences Degree (M.D., PhD, PharmD, DPH, EdD).
  • Past experience as an MSL.
  • Minimum 1 years in a Neurology role.
  • Preferred expertise in seizure therapies.
  • Comfortable and confident in speaking engagements.
  • Understanding the Pharmaceutical Corporate environment as well as the role of MSL with overall Medical Affairs knowledge.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with KOLs in a therapeutic area of your interest.
