Recent growth has seen the business go from 400 to 800+ consultants and 8 to 12 offices in just a couple of years, and in the recently released SIA report we are listed as the 12th largest direct hire business in the world!
We opened our Berlin office in January 2018 , we are now at 30 people (and 19 different languages!) and looking to be at 100 pax across the DACH region by the end of 2021.
In line with this expansion there is an opportunity for bi-lingual English AND German speaking, Senior Recruitment Consultants to fast track their careers- including the ability to earn equity in addition to an industry leading commission and override structure, a quick path to management and directorship and a real opportunity to build your own business.
I'm looking to hire individuals who want to work in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced environment- we have the benefit of having an ambitious, start-up mentality with the backing of an international corporate, high growth business.

We currently have 4 of our Micro Specialist Brands operating out of Berlin, whose focus is as follows:
- Selby Jennings- Permanent roles in Front, Middle and Back office as well as Big Data and Fintech across Banking & Financial Services
- DSJ Global - Permanent roles in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and Operational Excellence roles across STEM / MINT
- Glocomms- Permanent IT sales and Commercial roles across STEM / MINT
- EPM Scientific-Freelance/Contract roles in BioPharmaceuticals, Medical Device and MedTech

The ideal candidate will have:
- Business fluency in both English and German
- a minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting within the DACH market.
- a minimum of 1 years' experience in a full desk /360 role
- a minimum of 1 years' experience in one of our key markets listed above
- Ideally you will be in Berlin or Germany already
We will also consider relocating consultants from the UK or within the EU if they meet all of the above criteria
