I am currently assisting my client an Award-Winning established investment management financial organisation. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

* Understand the hierarchy and culture of our customers, but also be able to identify the decision makers, influencers and mobilizers into the political map.
* Be able to set up a plan/strategy of how to deal with people, and how to guide them to reach consensus to go for your proposed solution and at the same be willing to pay.
* Able to build trust and strengthen relationships by keeping customers informed about how we can help customers improve their business by emerging solutions.
* Sound understanding and experience in establishing detailed quotations and financial proposals.
* Listening/understanding clients in depth and drives a two-way communication.
* Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Office 365 full suite and Salesforce.
* Solid track record of your success with customers and their requirements, and the awareness of processes and methods used in financial /fintech industry.
* Can prepare and conduct presentations that engage functions, functional heads, and eventually C-Level in a persuasive way.
* Can coordinate and secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.
* Reframes and challenges the way customers view their businesses.
* Aligns insights to key customer priorities and ties those insights back to the supplier's unique differentiators.
* Knows how supplier and competitor offerings are priced and is aware of the customer budget.

Your qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in selling software solutions.
* Extensive experience in the financial services industry with APAC sales experience
* Proven track record in closing software sales >$1million deals
* Proven experience in the entire sales process closing new clients and sound knowledge of formal sales methodologies (e.g. TAS)
* Demonstrable ability to navigate through a major customer organization at senior executive and CXO levels (particularly Financial Services)
* Good sales leadership, excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required, particularly the ability to qualify high value, long sales cycle deals.
* A team player who is self-motivated and has the maturity to interface and work closely within the team and other departments
* High level of energy, structured thinking approach, numerate and the ability to handle multiples tasks at the same time
* Specific asset management or funds management sector experience preferable
