As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

* Understand the hierarchy and culture of our customers, but also be able to identify the decision makers, influencers and mobilisers into the political map.
* Be able to set up a plan/strategy of how to deal with people, and how to guide them to reach consensus to go for your proposed solution and at the same be willing to pay.
* Able to build trust and strengthen relationships by keeping customers informed about how we can help customers improve their business by emerging solutions.
* Sound understanding and experience in establishing detailed quotations and financial proposals.
* Solid track record of your success with customers and their requirements, and the awareness of processes and methods used in the financial /Fintech industry.
* Can coordinate and secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.

Your qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in selling software solutions.
* Extensive experience in the financial services industry with APAC sales experience
* Proven track record in closing software sales >$1million deals
* Proven experience in the entire sales process closing new clients and sound knowledge of formal sales methodologies
* Good sales leadership, excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required, particularly the ability to qualify high value, long sales cycle deals.
