We have continued to be one of the fastest-growing staffing companies across the USA for the last 3 years (Staffing Industry Analysts) and are now looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to help support our continued expansion across the USA!

This is a very visible role that provides an awesome opportunity to be part of something big and to make a difference on the growth of a business as we aim to grow from 550 - 1000+ people by the end of 2020. We are looking for an individual with a background in Talent Acquisition that wants to work in a fast-paced, international, lively and goal-orientated environment.

What will you be doing as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant?
  • Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process; from taking the initial job specification to catching up with the candidate once they work here.
  • Working closely with our senior leadership team to support them in achieving the growth goals of the business across our European offices.
  • Writing an effective range of legal and compliant adverts.
  • Sourcing candidates from a wide range of sources including but not limited to; databases, networking events, international market-mapping, University relationships, referrals, Linked In and boolean searches.
  • Conducting in-depth competency-based interviews both over the phone and in-person.
  • Deliver offers, managing the resignation process and supporting candidate onboarding.
  • Delivering interview training sessions to our hiring manager population for our office in Chicago.
  • Facilitating recruitment events both onsite in our office in Chicago and also on campus at Universities.
  • Attending events on college campuses; such as Career Fairs, networking events, information sessions and Interview and CV advice sessions.

Requirements for this Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant position;
  • This role is extremely interpersonal, therefore the successful applicant will be outgoing, confident and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for working with people and someone who likes the idea of, literally, helping to continue to build out a multi award-winning business.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
  • A background in high-volume recruitment is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record of success and going above and beyond.
  • A proven track record of hitting goals.
  • An adaptable, quick-learner as we are looking for someone to deliver on objectives straight away.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactivity and an ability to deliver to challenging targets is key.
  • Outgoing, fun and energetic.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Bags of enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude.
