What you will want to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
  • Strong understanding and heavy user of C++
  • Excellent debugging, design, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of UNIX operating systems, network communication, and system/processor performance (Linux a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of software designs (low level and high level)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • An insatiable curiosity for all things related to code
  • Desire to learn from and be challenged by others to improve on a daily basis
