Position Summary:

The Senior Director will be responsible for supporting all areas of clinical development. Additionally, this role will be responsible for strategic and operational capacities. Promote the creation of key staff responsible for individual projects or areas. 

The Sr. Director of Biostatistics will be responsible for: 
  • Ensuring that project teams have statistical support for the creation of clinical development plans, study design, and operational aspects. 
  • Will work with VP to determine department goals and resource allocation
  • Will serve as a consultative department representative at corporate meetings
  • Mentoring and retaining high-quality staff. 
  • Plan and track project activities, timelines, and resource use. 
  • Maintain awareness of industry standards and regulatory environments.
The Sr. Director of Biostatistics should have the following qualifications: 
  • A Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • Must have experience presenting at Advisory Committee meetings. 
  • 12+ Years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/CRO related area.
  • Experience directly managing projects and people.
