Job Summary

A leading, oncology focused pharmaceutical organization is looking to add to its growing commercial analytics team, with an opening at the Senior Manager level. The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics will primarily support essential functions of the U.S. sales force through business reporting and business intelligence. Secondary responsibilities include sales planning, analysis/reporting and sales process optimization.

This is a growth hire due to recent funding and expansion plans. This person will report directly into the Senior Director of the team in a crucial leadership position. This person will work closely with his/her supervisor to provide insight-driven analytic support to key opinion leaders throughout the company. This is a highly visible role with communication to brand directors across many different segments of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer analytic support in addressing key business questions through analysis and insights.

  • Ensure compliance for Sunshine Act reporting.

  • Implement processes to ensure accuracy of business reports.

  • Ensure successful implementation of CRM functionalities.

  • Utilization of Veeva Systems.

  • Assist the Commercial organization in fully utilizing CRM features to align with larger business goals.

  • Provide secondary data analytics, targeting & segmentation and optimization of the business.

  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Market Research, Payer Analytics and Forecasting teams offering decision support analytics.

  • Build relationships with Senior Leadership across Finance, Marketing and Sales/Sales Operations.

  • Establish weekly/monthly KPI reports

Requirements:

  • 6+ years related commercial pharmaceutical analytics experience.

  • Deep understanding of the Sunshine Act

  • Experience and proficiency in CRM, Veeva Systems and Excel

  • Strong business acumen, leadership and technical skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative with strong work ethic.

  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
