A leading multi-billion dollar private credit firm in San Francisco is looking to add a VP to their lean, but growing Technology team. You will be working on a lean deal team touching on every aspect of the deal life cycle.

 

The VP with be responsible for...

  • Evaluate new investment opportunities, including modeling, business diligence, industry research, and bank meetings
  • Prepare and present analysis and materials to the firm's investment committee
  • Review and sensitize investment downside case models
  • Support originators through effective communication with financial sponsor client base
  • Mentor junior team members

 

The VP should have the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience at a buy-side credit / direct lending fund, VC, or PE
  • Experience within Technology is preferred
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • Considerable deal execution experience
  • Strong academic record
