I joined LVI Associates in February 2016 in the London office when we were only a 10 person team. Today we are 100 + people across 3 continents with plans to expand further!  After starting my career in the Fire Engineering recruitment team, I transitioned to open the Forensic Engineering & Construction Claims recruitment desk in late 2016 and it has since become one of the largest and most successful specialist teams within LVI Associates.

The Forensic Engineering and Construction Claims market is incredibly small and niche, however it is also extremely interesting. Speaking to people across the world who investigate and work on some of the most high profile cases globally is genuinely fascinating.  After successfully developing this team in our London office, I was given the opportunity to move internationally in September 2018 to take on the challenge of growing LVI Associates in Singapore!

In Singapore, I am now responsible for the Forensic Engineering, Construction Claims and Water/Wastewater recruitment teams for the entire APAC region. My team specialise in sourcing and placing people in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and New Zealand within the following markets:

- Forensic Engineering
- Forensic Architecture
- Facade Engineering
- Construction Claims - delay/quantum
- Expert Witness
- Water Wastewater Treatment
- Water Infrastructure
- Environmental Engineering
- Hydrology
- Technical Sales/Business Development
