Bio:
                    Having graduated from the University of Swansea with a BSc Economics (Major in Health), I joined Phaidon International in 2009. As a founding member of DSJ Global, I built the Professional Services function from a single business to an internationally located team of experts in three continents. 

In 2013 I became the Director of EPM Scientific, building the Life Sciences business to its present form today. I have immersed myself into the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry and is an expert in the market landscape. Using this knowledge, EPM Scientific offers clients a consultative and knowledgeable specialist recruitment solution.
Understanding the life sciences landscape, and relating this to talent acquisition, I am able to design bespoke recruitment strategies for clients. I have an expansive network and specialist knowledge across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Biotechnology.
