Not one but two great places to work at Phaidon International

Both Hong Kong and Singapore Phaidon International offices have been officially awarded as a ‘Great Place To Work’.

Award-winning talent partner Phaidon International has once again gained another accreditation, this time achieving official certification as a ‘Great Place To Work’ for its Hong Kong and Singapore offices, from global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work.

With over 120 employees based in these two locations, the awards were given after evaluating Phaidon International’s employee satisfaction across five different metrics through extensive surveys to colleagues that have ultimately helped to recognize the great company culture.

The 60+ questions asked within the ‘Great Place To Work’ survey evaluate five key measurements that make a great workplace: Credibility, Respect, Pride, Camaraderie, and Fairness.

The two accreditations reflect Phaidon International’s commitment to creating a work environment where employees feel valued and respected, building a positive and healthy workplace that encourages collaboration, innovation, and communication.

Earning this certification has reaffirmed Phaidon International’s company culture, which comes at a time where the global talent partner has just expanded its Singapore office to keep up with the demand for business-critical talent.
