Diversity is recognizing, respecting and celebrating each other’s differences. A diverse environment is one with a wide range of backgrounds and mindsets, which allows for an empowered culture of creativity and innovation.
Inclusion means creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. An inclusive environment can only be created once we are more aware of our unconscious biases, and have learned how to manage them.
We all have a role to play in creating an equal and inclusive society, going beyond sentiment and social media posts.

We work with our clients to ensure inclusive and fair processes, actively supporting them to ensure they see the right candidates and positioning those candidates to companies that take pride in their ED&I policy. We are proud that we have seen YoY improvement with candidate placements that fall within protected characteristics.
There are many areas of ED&I that are important to our organization and the people in it. Our priorities are to ensure that our focus is on areas of ED&I that we believe we are able to have a meaningful impact internally and externally – for all our stakeholders.
