Account Manager | Phaidon International | Los Angeles
Phaidon International is looking to expand our Life Sciences Account Management team in our Los Angeles, Culver City location!
Phaidon International is a rapidly growing, global recruitment company that operates across four verticals: Life Sciences, Professional Services, Technology, and Finance. Originally founded in London in 2004, Phaidon International has been in the U.S. for the last 8 years and have been able to expand our locations to NYC, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, Los Angeles, with a Tampa office opening in 2022!
Role of an Account Manager at Phaidon International:
- Network with existing and new clients over phone calls/email as well as in social settings/networking events
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Fortune 1000 companies
- Working with a team of recruiters to fill urgent openings for our clients
- Utilizing our databases as well as our networking, headhunting, and consulting skills to be a key part in generating business.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPI) objectives set on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Represent Phaidon International by providing quality business solutions based on specific client needs
- Staying up to date on market trends within the Life Sciences industry specifically
