Account Manager - EU Clients - Highly Skilled Contractor Placements - Life Sciences

As part of our Key Account Management Team, Phaidon International is looking to employ an Account Manager with Life Sciences experience to join our London KAM (Key Account Management) Contracts Team.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the proactive and responsive business development of our clients and MSP's (Managed Service Provider) across Europe within the Life Sciences sector across our Contract Key Accounts.
The Account Manager will engage in the origination and business development of clients and MSP's with the aim of identifying and qualifying new roles to be worked by the KAM Delivery team. They will then be tasked with driving the fill rate of these to ensure maximum conversion ratios.
The Account Manager would cover both Contract/Temp recruitment efforts.
The role will have varied responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- The engagement of clients and MSP's via phone, face to face meetings, networking events and referrals
- Agreement of compliant and profitable terms of business with new or repeat clients
- Providing support and knowledge to consultants around commercial agreements
- Proactive and reactive business development for our Life Sciences Brand; EPM Scientific
- Expansion of existing Key Accounts to gain access to further job requirements
- Sourcing, logging and assisting in the execution of Cross-sold jobs within the relevant sector
- Becoming and then acting as a "subject matter expert" for your relevant markets across the UK & European business
This position will report into our EPM Scientific Contracts Brand Manager based in London.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous experience in a Business Development / Account Management OR 360 Recruitment role within the Contract Recruitment sector
- Previous experience of working with MSP and RPO clientele
- Previous experience in the Life Sciences sector
- Experience of being client facing, along with pitching and winning new business to senior stakeholders
- Previous management experience
- Candidates should have the ability to work in team and sole contributor environments
