Bid Executive

ยฃ25,000 to ยฃ28,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Phaidon International is looking for a Bid Executive based out of our London HQ. This role involves supporting our Global Bid Manager as the remit and volume of business continues to grow. We work with Blue Chip companies internationally placing rare and exceptional talent across multiple industries.
Duties of the Bid Executive:
- Supporting the production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
- Coordinating proposal input from a number of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from recruitment consultants, Marketing, Finance, HR, L&D and the Compliance team.
- Ensuring proposal documents follow standard formatting brand guidelines.
- Identifying and re-wording existing pre-written content where relevant.
- Editing proposal responses from senior stakeholders.
- Consolidating sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.
