Phaidon International is a global recruitment business with over 1000 staff across the UK, EU, USA and Asia. We focus on sourcing senior level talent for our global clientele and we're now looking to expand our marketing function to supporting our sales side of the business.
Phaidon International is looking for a creative, energetic and driven Content Manager to join our team. This individual will want to make a real impact.
The Content Manager will report into our Head of Content & Comms and support the wider business by creating compelling content in the form of copy, but also email, whitepaper, blogs, articles, as well as multimedia formats such as video audio, across six global brands, covering three major regions. The right candidate will be as passionate about ROI as they are about content, creating a positive experience for clients, candidates and Talent Acquisition.
Duties of a Content Manager:
- Copywriting, and crafting content across website, adverts, events, social, audio, video blogs etc.
- Position Phaidon International and recruitment brands as a thought leader in relevant markets by producing knowledge leading content
- Implement a clear tone of voice and quality control for each brand
- Contribute to the content function, briefing designer and working on PR to build an international presence
- Manage SEO and content agencies to ensure high standards
- Drive new relevant traffic on each sub brand site which converts to lead placement
- Measure content and monitor content performance, ensuring ROI
The Content Manager must have:
- Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for writing
- Knowledge on CMS and digital content best practice
- Experience with on-page & technical SEO
- Confidence in managing agencies
- Confidence in stakeholder management and the ability to represent us externally for interviews for example
- Ability to understand and drive ROI
- Possessing the ability to interpret website, blog, and social media data in gauging success of the business's content and campaigns, and communicating meaningful results to communications executives
- A degree in Marketing/Journalism/English/related fields desirable
- Project management experience desirable
