Phaidon International is looking for an eLearning Content Developer to re-design and develop our digital learning platform.
The role will be responsible for re-defining our e-leaning agenda as well as the digitisation of classically led classroom sales and management training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the digital transformation, the requirements and specifications delivers real impact.
- Producing, curating, and preparing materials, resources and scripts for high-quality video content learning
- Managing the implementation of new learning tools and interactive learning activities on learning platforms to improve the quality of learning.
- Partnering with L&D consultants and sales managers to provide support improving our learning platform
- Working with learners to gain feedback on digital provision to support continuous improvement
- You will be joining an established global team of L&D consultants who will support you in understanding the requirements of the business.
This role could be either Fixed Term Contract or Permanent
