We are looking for English AND German speakers to join us this April as Entry level Recruiters in Berlin office-full training provided
You can be in Berlin or looking to relocate from with the EU or the UK.

What are the tasks of a Recruiter?
- Business Development- you build your own client base and keep in touch with the experts within your industry
- Active Sourcing and Headhunting-you proactively source and maintain a network of experienced Candidates
- Language skills- you use your fluency in their native languages to strengthen both your client and candidate relationships
- With the support of the manager and regular training, you will carry out the entire sales process yourself: from the bringing on board new clients, taking the order for the search, sourcing the perfect candidates and the control of the application process through to the job offer, the offer negotiation and of course the after care support.
- With the successful placement of every candidate, a commission awaits you as well as moving you forward in your career.
