What would you do as a recruiter?
- As a full-desk recruiter, you will control all aspects of the recruitment process for both candidates and clients.
- Build relationships with companies in your market to identify their unique hiring/recruitment needs
- Source candidates through social media, networking and our database to identify the best prospects and manage theses candidates throughout a hiring process
