Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events and Campaigns Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building our external event and campaign marketing plan, coordinating, and executing with a focus on building brand equity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that enhance brand equity among our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing plans aligned with company objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, with a focus on building brand equity and generating leads
  • Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of external events, including venue selection, vendor management and budget tracking, while ensuring the events align with the company's brand identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create event collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets that effectively communicate the brand message and value proposition to event attendees
  • Develop and execute pre-event marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and generate leads. This includes leveraging various channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, online advertising, and webinars
  • Plan and execute engaging webinars that showcase the company's expertise, products, or services, and drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Leverage event platforms and technology to capture and track lead information from webinars, ensuring seamless integration with Phaidon's CRM
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure and analyze event performance metrics, such as lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Make data-driven recommendations for future events, including webinars, to improve lead generation and optimize marketing efforts
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event experiences and secure strategic collaborations that contribute to brand building and lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event marketing, including webinar platforms and techniques, to ensure innovative and engaging event experiences that differentiate Phaidon International from competitors

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing or event management, with a proven track record of building brand equity and generating leads through events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools to streamline processes, capture lead information, and track event performance
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand equity and lead generation at events
  • Budget management experience, with a focus on maximizing ROI and maintaining financial discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize event strategies and improve lead generation efforts
