As our NYC team continues to expand, we are looking to add Experienced Recruiters to join the team and help facilitate our continued growth!
Role of an Experienced Risk Recruiter
- You will seek out niche, senior-level talent and see them through the entire hiring process from start to finish.
- You will work with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies and consult with them on current market trends.
- Guide/advise candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial interviews to successful placements
- Mentor junior consultants on the team, with the potential to move into management
Qualities/Experience Phaidon Looks for in our Experienced Recruiters
- Proven track record of success within the recruiting & staffing industry -specifically within Risk, Compliance, Tech or Analytics
- Ideally 1-2+ years of recruiting experienced
- Eagerness to hit the ground running & specialize within a niche market
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & face to face)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
