What are we looking for?
We are aware there is no university degree in "recruitment consultancy" or "sales". We are not looking for anyone with experience as this is a graduate role. Full extensive training is provided, so all we are looking for are graduates that:

What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?
- Build long-lasting relationships and build networks with a variety of different clients.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle.
- Headhunting suitable individuals for senior level roles.
- Achieving set targets and meeting deadlines on-time. With company incentives to keep you going!

What is recruitment?
You are essentially running your own business within a business, from generating leads and winning new clients, to finding great candidates and building your network. It's a challenging and demanding role, but confidently one of the most rewarding.
You will build and develop client relationships through excellence in the recruiting process, including sourcing, selecting, and screening candidates as well as managing the entire 360ยฐ recruitment cycle.
