We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team who are looking to propel their career, by leveraging the platform, scale and track record Phaidon International provides.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and assist with the continued growth of the Phaidon International business. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete employee records on the internal HRIS, support the new hire on-boarding experience and assist with employee relation conversations such as basic exit interviews, employee grievances or internal investigations.
