The role will include but is not limited to leading and managing the Phaidon International global Infrastructure including Phaion's network design and implement information systems to support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization. They ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels and support the development of new technologies and system requirements and coordinates efforts between IT operations and It Systems teams, to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan and agreed outcomes.
Key Roles, Tasks and Responsibilities
* Responsible and accountable for Phaidon's Infrastructure including firewalls, switches and connectivity.
* Responsible (Secondary backup) for company's systems security Azure, Systems, Microsoft 365 service and security.
* Owns the technical direction and architecture of a solution which meets the company's needs
* Acts as an escalation point for 3rd lines support requests
* Works with the business and wider IT team to identify root causes and raises opportunities for improvement
* Provide input to IT team's objectives
* To ensure systems adhere to the highest security best practices and are aligned with Phaidon's operating policies and procedures
* Responsible and accountable for managing risks and monitoring their respective control environments within their areas of responsibility
* Work with 3rd party vendors and partners to maintain service
* Provide technical expertise in resolving problems and implementing changes to the IT infrastructure (this may result in occasional work out-of-hours or at weekends).
* Provide monthly/quarterly reports as required to include, but not exhaustive to infrastructure usage, growth, capacity planning
* Ensure IT infrastructure is fully documented to audit changes and updates and to support backup/disaster recovery arrangements

* 2-5 Years experiences in provide Infrastructure for global organizations (Essential
* Proven ability to analyse complex problems, identify critical issues and develop strategies for delivering solutions
* Strong results orientation and a proven track record of delivering major projects on time, on budget and to required quality stand
