Phaidon International is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant with previous agency 360 recruitment experience who wants to make the change to Internal Recruitment and focus on helping our business grow by hiring staff directly for Phaidon International.
Phaidon International is a global recruitment agency with 12 offices internationally and over 700 staff across the UK, Europe USA and Asia.
All things considered we have had a strong 2020, achieving record breaking months, Featuring in the Top 50 of the Largest Staffing Firms in the UK and recording $100M Gross Profit for 2020! Now we're looking to expand to over 1000 heads globally by the end of 2021, and we want to grow our London based Talent Acquisition Team to help us reach that goal!

Duties of an Internal Recruitment Consultant:
- Source, attract and interview high calibre Graduates for our business
- Writing detailed job advertisements
- Working with Brand Directors in assisting them to achieve their growth goals in the business
- Attending university careers fairs (on campus, or remotely)
- Headhunting passive candidates
- Presenting offers and completing recruitment admin tasks
