The Recruitment Consultant role:
- Seek out niche, middle to senior-level talents (candidates) and manage them through the entire hiring process from start to finish
- Create and develop partnerships with client organizations in your market to qualify their unique hiring needs & provide hiring solutions
- Handle the business development & account management of client organizations
- Develop a network of professionals in the niche industry that you support
- Take part in our award-winning recruiter training program in order to learn the ins and outs of recruitment at Phaidon
Requirements:
- Graduate degree holder
- Experience in business development/sales/tele-sales
- Experience in pitching to 'C-Level' stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills; a detailed and organized person who can work with "team" but also excel individually
- Ability to deal with high pressure and target-driven environment
- Must be able to take direction but also demonstrate initiative
- Has the drive and business acumen to take responsibility for your own business/desk and thrives on the opportunity
- Exceptional communication skills
