Phaidon International's London L&D team is looking for a recruitment sales trainer to join the team.
This role will be focused on the delivery of training and agile coaching for the first six months of our new starters journey in the business. You will be delivering recruitment sales training through our Sales Foundation programme, a blended programme delivered over a four week intensive period.
The ideal candidate should have either recruitment sales experience or at least 6 months recruitment sales training experience.
We have an extensive train the trainer programme to support in your training and development as well as a team of L&D consultants to learn and co-train with.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace, to work as part of a team and have the ability to adapt to change.
