Phaidon's Learning and Development Consultant Role:
- Deliver both remote and in-person classroom training to entry-level and experienced recruitment consultants across our business.
- Run welcome inductions, systems training, and corporate compliance sessions for the Boston office.
- Conduct "on-desk" training and coaching support for consultants 0-18 months in the business.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis across the office and work with key stakeholders for performance improvement and impact.
- Ensure training is in line with local and global business strategy through support from our Global Learning and Development team.
What should I bring to the table?
- 1+ year of full-desk or 360 Recruitment experience (both Recruitment and Business Development/Account Executive).
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Passion towards training the next generation of Recruiters on the Phaidon values and vision.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment!
- Excitement towards coming into the office every day to deliver training sessions with a positive attitude.
