We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team in Dallas.

About the Role:

The Marketing Executive sits within our Global Marketing team and will report to the US Marketing Manager. The focus of this role is the adequate and timely delivery of strategic regional campaigns while contributing creative ideas for both digital and offline platforms. You will work closely with both the US Marketing Manager and the global Digital and Creative studio functions to ensure high-quality execution of projects targeted at the US market. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, eloquent, reliable and creative individual with some initial working experience in Marketing, or a related field. A strong understanding of the digital landscape, a drive for creating high-quality marketing campaigns, and strong content generation skills are essential qualities to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

Campaign execution

  • Create end-to-end marketing campaign assets (content, ads, social posts, emails, landing pages, etc.) to execute the US marketing plan, using a range of different marketing tools
  • Support strategic projects such as physical and digital events (i.e. webinars), thought leadership, white papers, blogs, compelling events, and more
  • Work with the internal Studio team to produce and/or localize assets
  • Track performance of ongoing campaigns and projects, presenting data in a meaningful way

Content Generation

  • Collaborate with internal Studio team, and occasionally sales staff, to produce content such as blogs, press releases, whitepapers, etc.
  • Create programs leveraging our content both as owned events, and/or in partnership with external industry associations

Public Relations

  • Draft and pitch press releases and story ideas to both known and new industry media contacts
  • Identify partnership opportunities with external third parties
  • Manage programs with partner organizations such as webinars, speaking engagements, etc.

Social Media

  • Collaborate with the global digital and creative studio functions to further develop both local and global ongoing social media plans
  • Continuously come up with innovative ways and ideas to engage and grow our audience

Website and Email

  • Building of (landing) pages for ongoing campaigns and initiatives, including design and copywriting
  • Support execution of external communication via our email platform, including visual design, copywriting and tracking campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing or PR, either on corporate or agency side
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape and social media fluency across all platforms
  • Background in PR is desirable but not required, with experience building media lists and pitching press releases and story ideas
  • Ability to collaborate virtually with the global marketing team, while also being able to execute independently
  • Demonstrated ability to report on campaign performance and present meaningful data
