Phaidon International has grown from humble beginnings to being listed as one of the fastest-growing businesses, in any industry, in the world, for the last 3 years. This growth has seen the business go from almost 400 to 850+ consultants and 8 to 11 offices in just a couple of years, including our newest opening in Berlin-our hub for Mainland Europe.
We opened our Berlin office last January with 5 people and we are now at 30 people (and 18 languages!) and looking to be at 100 pax across the DACH region by 2021.
In line with this expansion there is an opportunity for a Principal Tech Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years experience Agency side, working the German/DACH Tech market to join our Berlin office and fast track their career on our Glocomms brand.
This including the ability to earn equity, a quick path to directorship and international relocation opportunities. We are looking to fast track people into management and senior leadership positions within our Glocomms brand which has a strong jobs platform across DACH/Germany and a team of established, successful consultants
We are particularly interested in speaking to Principal Tech Recruitment Consultant within the DevOps, Data Science and IT sales space.
We are currently looking for Recruiters already based in Germany with 2+ years experience working Agency side in the German/DACH Tech space.
