- Act as a professional consultant to understand the client's talent needs
- Be an advisor to help top candidates find their dream job!
- Be knowledgeable and updated on the current market conditions and be aware of organizations that are looking to hire
- Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis to become financially independent and successful!
