What does the role of a recruitment consultant consist of?
- Networking to develop new business with potential clients (senior executives and c-suites) while continuing connections with existing clients.
- Consulting your client on both the market as well as hiring trends.
- Putting together a shortlist of candidates to present to your clients by attracting and engaging potential candidates.
- Acting as a mediator between the candidate and your client in order to ensure a successful hiring process.
- Negotiating all aspects of the offers for candidate and client.
