Phaidon International is looking to bring in a number of Senior Recruitment Consultants with 2+ years experience recruiting in the DACH market to join our Berlin office.
You can be in Berlin or Germany or looking to relocate from another EU Country as long as you are business fluent in English
Due to exponential growth we are looking to strengthen our leadership team with a few strategic hires from Senior to Managing Principal level.
We are looking to fast track people into Management and Senior Leadership positions, within warm desks and established teams.
We are particularly interested in speaking to Recruitment Consultants who have 2+ years experience within DACH specialising in:
DevOps, Big Data, IT Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement, Life Science as well as Automotive and Manufacturing.
We opened our Berlin office January 2018 and it was the most successful opening in Phaidon's history, we are now at 40 people with 19 Languages and looking to be at 100 pax across the DACH region by 2021.
In line with this expansion there is huge personal and professional growth on offer to all, including the opportunity to head up new offices within DACH, the ability to earn equity in addition to a very competitive base, comms structure and management override
